We are Spirit In Motion Dance Company!

Spirit In Motion is a ballroom and Latin dancing formation team based in West Sacramento, California! We consist of amateur and professional dancers who love to learn and grow together and express ourselves through dance!

Audition incoming!!!

We’re auditioning for our upcoming summer season on May 6! More information on that below. And if you want to see what we’re all about, we’ll be performing in the Spotlight Ballroom April Showcase! There are three shows – Saturday (April 27) matinee at 1:30 pm, Saturday evening at 6:30 pm, and Sunday (April 28) matinee at 1:30 pm. We would love to see you there!
